Travel Notes German Sculptor Peter Lenk: Triumph of Satire in Constance

Sculptor Peter Lenk’s fountain sculpture (1991) in the German town of Constance is amusing, creative and shocking. It is called “Triumph of Satire” and consists of more than 30 comical figures and some water basins. It has two truimphal arches. It is one of the important landmarks of Constance in the street of “Untere Laube”.

Peter Lenk is a satirical sculptor known for the controversial sexual content of his public art.
